Switch on to Technology

Manchester Unity and SeniorNet are working together to support and motivate our Members to feel comfortable and enjoy using technology as part of their everyday lives.

The two options available to you are below:

Daily Online Sessions

These are FREE and held from 10-11am every day.

Sessions run through a Zoom link that does not change. As well as having the chance to chat with others, there are guest speakers every morning covering a wide range of topics designed to help you navigate the online world we increasingly find ourselves in.

Some examples of recent topics include:

  • Online banking
  • How to determine whether emails are legit or scams
  • Using your phone for photography
  • What you can expect to find on various Government websites
  • How to use a Mac/Chromebook

To register your interest and to receive the weekly schedule of speakers, complete the simple form here and press ‘submit’
